YouTube Authentication: How To

What is YouTube Authentication

A creator is not required to complete a separate Authentication process to link their YouTube account with GRIN. While connecting, GRIN accesses a specific API from Google that allows GRIN to pull in YouTube insights for you. However, connecting can benefit you as the creator, to have your content automatically pull in. You only need to have a Google Account associated with your YouTube Channel to log into GRIN. You can learn more about this here if it is not already set up: Create an Account on YouTube.

Creators with a YouTube account must log in to the Google Account associated with their YouTube account and channel. You can learn more about managing their third-party app connections from Google here: Manage third-party apps & services with access to your account
